Line1 polish tube diameter from OD 25mm to OD 104mm
Line 2 polish tube diameter from OD 12mm to OD 70mm.
First Head is an abrasive belt polisher driven by a fixed speed 5.5kW Motor with an additional 0.37kW Tube feed drive which rotates and feeds the tube.
The second head is an abrasive buffing wheel driven by a 5.5kW variable speed motor ( VSD ) and also has a 0.37 kW Tube feed and rotate motor.
Both machine feature a manual input feed, with two motorised take off feeder rollers, one before the printer, one after.
Each takeoff feeder roller is powered by a 0.37 kW motor.
Line 2 printing station, the speed controlled pinch rollers are powered by two 0.37Kw motors. (Tube size OD 12mm to OD 70mm)
Line 1 printing station is designed for larger diameter thick wall pipes, the speed is controlled by a 5kW DC motor. (Tube size OD 25mm to OD 104mm)
Both polishers feature a water circulation system which provides a small element of abrasive lubrication and dust suppression, with the particles conveyed and trapped in a baffled sump.
Minimum tube length 3.0m and 6.0m maximum tube length (can polish longer than 6.0m depending on the line layout).
